Youth Pride Chorus Subscriptions

For the first time ever, Youth Pride Chorus is offering a 2019-20 Season Subscription to attend the winter and spring concerts. With reserved seating in a prime location and a subscriber gift of a YPC t-shirt, subscriptions support Youth Pride Chorus' ongoing program and special opportunities. This year, $50 of each subscription will help support YPC's attendance at GALA Festival, a performance/workshop/social extravaganza that only happens every four years. In early July, Youth Pride Chorus will join hundreds of other LGBTQ+ youths in Minneapolis for a week long celebration of the performing arts and social justice advocacy.

Youth Pride Chorus' December show celebrates EUPHORIA! It's that feeling of dancing in the rain. The first time someone says "you belong." That person who makes your heart wake up. It's that feeling of waking up and knowing it's gonna be a GOOD DAY. That makes you want to come alive. That makes you want to get loose. It's that feeling of a bad day that ends with a community who understands, who says "don't you worry 'bout a thing", who says "me, too." It's that feeling when someone sees you, without losing any piece of yourself. It's knowing that out of many, we are one. It's that feeling of EUPHORIA.

Youth Pride Chorus' spring concert is a celebration of identity, experience, and self-expression. Through song, dance and spoken word, Youth Pride Chorus honors the beauty of the individual and the vibrancy of a community. This joyful event refuses homophobia, bullying, and all forms of hate by boldly asserting the strength and pride of today's youth.
